Shipping Policy

We currently offer shipping within India only.


Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt, and shipping time may vary depending on the shipping location and carrier.


Customers will be notified via email or text message or whatsapp once their order has been shipped.


Shipping fees is charged extra based on total weight of the product.


Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed or lost due to incorrect shipping information.


If an item is out of stock, customers will be notified and given the option to either wait for the item to become available, cancel their order, or replace the out of stock item with a similar product.


If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, we will reship the order at the customer’s expense and no refund will be provided for the same.


If an order is lost or damaged during shipping, reach out to us within 24 hours so that we can connect you with the shipping company. Shipping company would be responsible for mishandling the shipment for any damage or loss or breakage.


We are not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may be charged for international orders.
