Refund Policy for Hotel and Resort

 

Refunds for hotel reservations will be provided according to the cancellation policy.

In case of a cancellation within the allowed time frame, a full refund will be issued to the guest’s original form of payment.

If a guest cancels their reservation outside of the allowed time frame, no refund will be issued.

If a guest decides to leave early, no refund will be issued for the remaining nights of their stay.

If a guest fails to arrive for their reservation and does not provide notice within the allowed time frame, no refund will be issued.

The hotel reserves the right to issue a partial refund or no refund in the case of a guest violating hotel policies or causing damages to hotel property.

 

 

Refund Policy for Online Sweet Shop

 

We take great care to ensure that our sweets are fresh and of the highest quality. However, if you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order to arrange for a replacement or refund.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, or consumed.

In the event of a refund, the original form of payment will be credited within 5-7 business days.

We are not responsible for damages or delays that occur during shipping.

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, we will reship the order at the customer’s expense and no refund will be provided for the same.

If an order is lost or damaged during shipping, reach out to us within 24 hours so that we can connect you with the shipping company. Shipping company would be responsible for mishandling the shipment for any damage or loss or breakage.
