If you cancel your booking 15 days or more before your scheduled arrival date, we will provide a full refund of the booking amount.
If you cancel your booking between 7 to 14 days before your scheduled arrival date, we will provide a 50% refund of the booking amount.
If you cancel your booking less than 7 days before your scheduled arrival date or do not show up, there will be no refund of the booking amount.
